Equine-Assisted Therapy
We offer a unique therapeutic experience combining traditional therapy with the calming presence of our gentle therapy horses. Particularly effective for teenagers and young adults, sessions can include grooming, leading, or simply being around horses whilst we talk.
Many young people find it easier to open up when focused on caring for horses, creating a natural, relaxed environment for meaningful conversations. This approach can be especially helpful for those who find traditional face-to-face therapy challenging.

About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a gentle, relaxing process where you remain in control throughout. Think of it as a deeply focused state of relaxation, similar to being absorbed ina good book or peaceful dream.
What to know:
- You’ll be fully aware during the session
- You can open your eyes or end the relaxation at any time
- Wear comfortable clothing
- Avoid heavy meals beforehand.
